Summary:
Bronchial hyperresponsiveness (BHR) is a clinical features in many diseases not limited to bronchial asthma. It may also be present in patients with allergic rhinitis, COPD, GERD, chronic heart failure and many other diseases. In some rare cases it might be also a result of treatment taking by the patients. Interestingly, despite it cause it is frequently ignored by physicians, even if it deeply decreases patients’ quality of life. In this review we focused on practical aspects of BHR including treatment.
