Patients with osteoarthritis – what more can we do?
Summary:
Pharmacological treatment of osteoarthritis is based mainly on the use of analgesics and drugs, which in various pharmacological mechanisms show synergy of analgesic effect and modify the course of the disease. This group of medicines includes SYSADOA (symptomatic slow acting drugs in osteoarthritis). One of the drugs included in SYSADOA is Piascledine, which by acting on symptoms reduces pain and modifies the course of osteoarthritis.
