Vitamin B12 deficiency in clinical practice: Causes and procedures, what to remember in practice
Summary:
In clinical practice, more and more attention is paid to vitamin B12 deficiency. Lifestyle, improper diet or pharmacotherapy may lead to clinically significant vitamin B12 deficiency, which in practice translates into deficiency symptoms that are not always recognized. Knowledge of the most common causes of deficiencies allows for effective and safe treatment in practice. The choice of the drug used to treat the clinical symptoms of deficiency is important.
