Summary: In July 2021 the EAACI published an update to previous gu-idelines related to anaphylaxis diagnosis and treatment. The review summarizes this document, placing it in the context of everyday practice. In real life, all medical professionals deal with anaphylaxis on a daily basis. Therefore, we have updated the guidelines to practitionersʼ needs and their working conditions. We believe that the major message was not lost, but amended. We also discuss various forms of epinephrine delivery in anaphylaxis treatment.
