Summary: Allergic rhinitis (AR) treatment in some cases seems to be a real struggle. Some medications are efficient in AR histamine – related symptoms treatment, some in inflammation-related symptoms. Therefore, it is difficult to predict which medication should be preferred in a given patient from the very beginning. Olopatadine/mometasone in one intranasal application seems to deliver a robust, efficient and safe solution. In this short review we focused on ARIA related approach to AR treatment with focus on new medication available.
