Summary: Asthma treatment is often a complex relationship between a medication, an inhaler and the patient. Sometimes it seems to be a Bermuda triangle where the doctor and asthma control and sometimes the patient are all lost. In this review we are focusing on aspects related to inhaler choice, suspecting that the medication has been already chosen based on GINA 2022 guidelines. Therefore, we analyze this aspect based on several publication. We also suggest thinking about the Easyhaler™ as an interesting choice of a device.
