Summary:
Muscle relaxants belong to one of the basic groups of drugs used in the treatment of low back pain, sciatica torticollis, and post-stroke spasticity. Effective therapy must be based on personalized drug selection, taking into account both the patient's characteristics and the features of the pathological process that leads to increased muscle tension. The choice of drugs must be individualized. It must take into account not only clinical efficacy, but also the safety profile and the risk of interactions with other drugs used concurrently.
