Summary: Glomerulopathies are a significant cause of end-stage renal disease. They are various diseases, and a kidney biopsy allows for precise diagnosis. In 2021, the long-awaited KDIGO recommendations on diagnosis and treatment of these diseases were published. Since then, several new drugs have appeared, and they are currently recommended for treatment. Recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of the four common glomerulopathies are presented below; they were supplemented with the latest reports.
