Summary: New, recently epublished asthma treatment guidelines (GINA 2019) are changing the mild asthma treatment paradigm. The anti-inflammatory therapy together with a single inhaler GCS/F treatment on demand is now suggested even in mild asthma patients. Many doctors offered this therapy long time ago. Now, due to the two clinical trials published a year ago, our practice also is adopted by the guidelines. This will deliver substantial benefit to all the mild asthma patients.
