Can we grow our own intestinal microbiota? The role of arabinogalactan and lactoferrin (Fibraxine)
Summary:
The physiological, multidirectional mechanism of Fibraxine seems to play a very important role in maintaining intestinal homeostasis and ensuring optimal conditions for growing the right intestinal flora and inhibiting the growth of pathogens toward achieving and maintaining eubiosis. The total effect of Fibraxine is stimulating growth of the right microbiota, reducing the severity of inflammatory processes, improving the ability of the intestine and colon to regenerate and heal the intestinal epithelium, better protecting the intestinal barrier, blocking the adhesion of pathogens to intestinal mucosa, immunomodulatory action, inhibiting neoplastic processes (in experimental models), correct production of vitamins and antioxidants and extremely important production of all short-chain fatty acids SCFA (butyric acid included). All this justifies the use of Fibraxine in many diseases and gastrointestinal dysfunctions.
Keywords: intestinal microbiota, microbiota, diverticular disease, leaky gut, arabinogalactan, lactoferrin, Fibraxine, prebiotic, butyric acid
