Summary: The work presents various clinical manifestations of anaphylaxis, practical tips for differential diagnosis and the correct scheme of management, with particular emphasis on adverse reactions during administration of vaccines. Vaccine eligibility requirements of persons with a personal history of allergic disease or with allergy to vaccine excipients are discussed as well.
