Summary:
The aim of the manuscript is to present the multimodal ap-proach of pain management in the population of elderly cancer patients. Basic rules of clinical assessment of patients suff ering from pain, pharmacotherapy and most important non-pharma-cological methods of pain treatment in the elderly cancer pa-tients have been introduced.
