Chronic heart failure ‒ specificity of symptomatology and therapy in old age
Summary:
The prevalence of heart failure is increasing worldwide. Due to the aging of societies and the increase in the incidence of risk factors for heart failure, this clinical syndrome is widespread in the elderly. Unfortunately, old age brings with it significant difficulties in the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure.
