Psoriasis - from pathogenesis to treatment in daily practice
Summary:
Psoriasis is a chronic, recurrent and inflammatory skin disease which affects up to 2‒3% of the whole population. Its treatment, either topical or systemic, depends on the severity of the diseases. When skin inflammation is controlled, there is a possibility to change the natural course of comorbidities. In the article we present therapeutic options, both topical and systemic, including the biological treatment.
