Summary: In this case series we are reporting six cases of patients with cough showing their history, lab data and diagnostic approach. We are focused on looking for the cause of the symptoms. In most cases, before the underlying disease was found a treatment with peripheral cough suppressant was employed. In some cases a differential diagnosis was suggested and clinical reasoning was employed to establish the most probable cause of symptoms.
