Summary: Some patients after recovering from acute COVID-19 may develop persistent fatigue, cognitive and sleep problems, myalgias and arthralgias, headaches, post-exertional malaise, orthostatic intolerance. The illness named long Covid is in many cases similar to myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS). In this comparison a very short highlights to treatment possibilities is provided.
